Last weekend I was fortunate to hang out with some friends recording at a professional studio. My friend Jordan Wesolek was the audio engineer who recorded the band The Commune at Electrical Audio. I spent a big chunk of time at the session to document the the scene. It was a long day, but it was fun and full of some good music. I loved the natural light and reflections in one of the rooms in the studio so I took advantage of it. The audio was recorded to tape so it has a good raw sound and the music reminded me somewhat of an old school sound with new melodies. It was very down to earth, therefore, I took liberty in bringing out some brown clay tones in the photos.
